  • Ethical Publishing: Adherence to ethical publishing practices, including COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines, is mandatory.

3. Publication Practices

  • Accessibility: Articles must be accessible either through open access or subscription-based models.

  • Digital Presence: A professionally maintained website is required, offering clear information on editorial policies, author guidelines, and article access.

4. Technical Standards

6. Language and Accessibility
